University accepting applications for Fall 2021 semester

San Francisco State University has begun accepting applications for the Fall 2021 semester. Prospective freshmen, transfer and international students can learn how to submit their applications at or by attending a Cal State Apply Clinic.

San Francisco State welcomed 3,278 new first-time students this fall, and an additional 3,835 new Gators joined the campus community as transfers. A new partnership between SF State and City College of San Francisco will make it even easier for students from the California Community College system to transfer to the University for the Fall 2021 semester, with lower division transfers available to students who qualify.
