Show Your Campus Spirit on Friday, December 12

Dear Faculty and Staff:

Please join me on Friday, December 12 for a men’s and women's basketball doubleheader vs. league rival, Sonoma State University. This pivotal conference matchup will be televised live on Comcast Hometown Network http://www.comcasthometown.com/sports.cfm and we hope to fill the gymnasium with enthusiastic fans who are displaying their pride by wearing purple. 

The Athletics Department has designated December 12 as faculty and staff appreciation night with a special recognition of the Academic Senate scheduled for halftime. Tickets are free with Faculty/Staff ID while supplies last. In addition, the SF State Alumni Association will host a free pre-game reception starting at 4:30 p.m. in the Don Nasser Family Plaza.  

The games start at 6 p.m.  I encourage you to arrive early as we anticipate a sellout crowd.
