Update on operations at SF State

Dear Campus Community,

We continue to monitor the shifting conditions related to the fires in the North Bay. While today the conditions are moderate, we expect the air quality around the main campus to worsen slightly over the next 24 hours.

We will continue to evaluate the complex conditions and their effects on the University. I will make an announcement about the continuation of University operations for next week by 2 p.m. on Sunday, October 15.

We continue to keep the North Bay communities in our thoughts, as well as our own faculty, staff and students affected by the fires, and we stand ready to support and assist in any way that we can.
