11:50 a.m.: At 10:40 a.m., PG&E experienced a power outage affecting the university campus and local neighborhood. At 11:15 a.m., power was restored to the campus. PG&E has indicated that there may be intermittent power outages until 1:15 p.m. today. All classes are in session and the University is open for business.
